Traditional Reflexology

Reflexology is a pressure massage of the feet or hands in order to stimulate the reflex points. This brings balance of the eight bodily systems in order for the body to work together in harmony and unison thus creating a feeling of well- being and optimum health.

After one or two treatments your body may respond in a very definite way. Most people note a sense of well-being and relaxation; sometimes people report feeling calm with heightened emotions however, this is transitory and is part of the healing process. This is vital information for me as it shows how your body is responding to treatment. This will help me tailor future treatments plans to your specific needs.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring help to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Having completed a course of reflexology treatment for a specific condition, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular treatments in order to maintain health and well-being.

Maternity & Fertility Reflexology

Maternity and fertility Reflexology are a natural, non-invasive healing art that aims to alleviate tensions and promote relaxation and can be beneficial for pregnancy or indeed, couples trying for a baby. The advantage of a reflexology treatment is that fertility issues won't be treated in isolation. Instead, the overall health of the whole person is addressed during the treatment, which also allows for hormones to be balanced and stress levels to be tackled. Continued treatment after the birth will encourage a speedy recovery from the birth and most importantly, some much needed time out for new mums.

Michelle did some Reiki and reflexology on me; she is very professional and makes you feel totally at ease throughout the whole treatment. I had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the experience.
Michelle suggested I had my eyes tested from her findings and I did actually need a prescription for glasses.
I would totally recommend!!!

Trained by Sally Earlam Hot Stones Reflexology

The Ancient healing art of stone therapy using various massage techniques and warm stones relaxes the body at its deepest level and is effective in creating harmony and balance.  The subtle energies of stones introduced into a treatment calm the senses, relax muscle tension and promotes a meditative state.

The heat from the stones penetrates to a deeper level and may reach up to 7-8 cm into the superficial layer of muscle; bringing about physiological changes as well as influencing the body’s internal energy flow (chi); therefore bringing a balance to both body and mind.

Reflexology and massage of the legs is a perfect way to nurture our bodies and ourselves.  Incorporating stones into a treatment can enhance the power of this contact.
